Terms and Conditions

1. I am participating in the Innerwalk, during which time I will receive information and instruction about the activity. I recognize that it requires physical exertion and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the activity. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation. I understand that if I am pregnant, I will take necessary steps to ensure my doctor and health care providers know I am participating. Do not stop taking any current medications without consulting your physician or health care professional. If you have or suspect that you have a medical problem, contact your healthcare provider promptly.
3. We cannot take any responsibility for customers with a pre- or existing history of drug use, mental health issues or eating disorders. Please inform us prior to arrival if any of the above is a concern to you, we treat all enquiries and disclosures in the strictest confidence. Your privacy is important to us.
4. We aim to accurately represent the information provided on our website, programs & services. You are acknowledging that you are participating voluntarily in using our website or programs, services, and/or products, and you alone are solely and personally responsible for the results. You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your health, life and well-being, and for all decisions made by you now or in the future.
5. Our role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you understand that results differ by each individual. As with any health-related program or service, your results may vary, and will be based on many variables, including but not limited to, your individual capacity, life experience, unique health and genetic profile, starting point, expertise, and level of commitment.
6. In consideration of accepting my booking for participation in this event, I agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risks. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, successors, administrators and any other person who may have an interest at common law or by operation of statute, I hereby waive any and all claims I or such parties may have now or in the future. I release you from liability and any assistants, employees, guides, agents or representatives ("the releases") for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss or any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity on the retreat.
